Food-grade silicone emulsion defoamer

Is a methyl polysiloxane (silicone oil) as the main component of silicone defoamer, dispersing auxiliary agent is added by the emulsion of milky white liquid. Has excellent chemical stability, heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, lubricity, hydrophobicity and low surface tension, non-toxic to humans, it is widely used in personal care, food production, fermentation industry, etc.

Food-grade silicone oil emulsification properties:

1, a non-polar compounds, and water or with a polar genetic material does not play a role, so the defoaming effect, and the amount is very low.

2, chemical stability, sub-capacity gas-exposed gel does not occur, and the products do not play a role.

3, a high temperature, chemical resistance, high temperature conditions, acidic, alkaline media can give full play to defoaming.

5, low toxicity, domestic and international clinical trials are not toxic. United States, Britain, Japan, France and other countries listed as a food chemical defoamer.

Use of food-grade silicone oil emulsion and the use of our "food additives health standards" (GB 2920-1996) provides that: can be used for the fermentation process, the most widely used volume of 0.2g/kg; drinks, 10mg/L (as per polydimethylsiloxane).

Properties: White viscous liquid, viscosity of about (100 ~ 350) x10-6m2/s, the relative density of 0.98 ~ 1.02, almost odorless, insoluble in water (can be dispersed in water), ethanol, methanol, soluble in aromatic carbon hydride, aliphatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons (such as benzene, carbon tetrachloride, etc.). Chemically stable, non-volatile, non-flammable, non-corrosive to metal, for a long time in air is not easy to gel.
